Our group in January distributed our first flyer about the proposed project at 831 Water Street. The flyer contained an early summary of our significant concerns about the development — as currently proposed. The flyer also included information about accessing the developer’s first community meeting.

Please share printed and electronic copies of it with other family members, friends, neighbors, co-workers, and others who — like us — support projects that will add badly needed housing to Santa Cruz, but expect it to be responsible, reasonable, and respectful. And safe. Thank you!
